At PPNI we have a genuine and keen interest in property preservation as it consists of a variety of issues related to damp, woodworm and timber decay within a property.

I’ve been in the industry for 15 years when i started training in 2009 with the Property Care Association (PCA). In that year i received the technician of the year award, I’ve also completed my surveyors training course with the PCA in 2017 and am competent of finding honest, logical and accurate explanations as to why you have damp/timber defects within a property. We will NEVER propose or carry out unnecessary works.

Our goal is to provide a first class service to all our clients to the best of our ability while exercising a duty of care. We understand the importance of buying a property and will also provide impartial advice to ensure our clients either first time buyers or just moving on have a stress free experience.
